Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology that is reshaping Human Resource Management (HRM) by enhancing operational efficiency, improving employee experiences, and enabling strategic workforce decisions. This study examines the impact of AI-enabled HRM practices in the Information Technology (IT) sector by analyzing their influence on recruitment, performance management, employee learning and development, workforce planning, employee engagement, work-life balance, recruitment efficiency, and organizational culture. A quantitative research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 155 employees working in five leading IT companies in Bengaluru through a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 28 through descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The findings reveal that all AI-enabled HRM dimensions exhibit strong reliability and significant positive relationships with one another. The regression results indicate that AI-enabled HRM practices explain 53.0% of the variance in HR effectiveness, while ANOVA confirms that AI significantly influences all major HR functions. The study concludes that AI has become a strategic enabler of digital HR transformation by improving recruitment effectiveness, employee development, workforce planning, organizational culture, and overall HR performance.
