The challenges include technological challenges, security challenges, failed transactions, and reluctance to change their long-held habits. The study also looks at the balance between conventional banking habits and new payment technologies. This study attempts to fill the gap in understanding digital financial inclusion across population age groups by focusing on the experiences of Generation X in the Delhi-NCR region. The findings of the study can help policymakers and financial organizations formulate strategies to improve the user experience for UPI users from different generations..
