present research study is focused on assessing awareness, infrastructure, and technological adaptation in Women's Healthcare in Rural India. Data was collected from both primary and secondary sources. Primary data was analyzed using frequency analysis in JASP software, based on a sample of 100 respondents selected through simple random sampling from rural villages in Jharkhand. The result revealed that SHGs are the major sources of health related information in rural India, It was observed that healthcare infrastructure in rural regions of India has been found to be severely lacking when compared to their urban counterparts. There are still many challenges in improving women’s health in India, the country has proven itself to be a pioneer in technological innovation. Just as well, it’s proven that transformation is possible by putting its innovations towards women’s health awareness using updated technology. Majority of the rural women are yet to adopt technology to access health care information i.e. maternity care, breast cancer cervical cancer etc.
