Abstract

Meta-cognitive architectures highlight artificial agents to evaluate, monitor and regulate their internal
procedures, developing self-monitoring and error rectification. These AI-generated systems develop cognitive and
supervisors’ layers to find anomalies, adapt behavior and increase reliability in dynamic environments to overcome
challenges like scalability, complexity and highlight limitations in modern AI systems.
