Abstract

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are widely recognized as the backbone of national economies, contributing significantly to employment generation, innovation, and economic development. However, SMEs often face challenges such as limited resources, market uncertainties, technological disruptions, and increasing competition. Business Intelligence (BI) has emerged as a strategic tool that enables SMEs to transform raw data into meaningful insights, facilitating informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. This article explores the role of Business Intelligence in fostering sustainable growth and organizational resilience among SMEs. The target population consisted of owners, managers, and employees working in SMEs. A total of 150 respondents were selected using the convenience sampling technique due to its accessibility and cost-effectiveness. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) to summarize respondents' perceptions and the Friedman test to determine significant differences in the rankings of the Business Intelligence dimensions. It discusses the components, benefits, implementation challenges, and best practices for adopting BI systems while highlighting future trends in data-driven business management
