Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved beyond traditional philanthropy, becoming a key strategy for fostering sustainable community development. This paper evaluates the long-term social and environmental impacts of CSR initiatives on community well-being, with a particular focus on initiatives that integrate sustainability goals into corporate strategy. Through case studies and empirical analysis, the research examines how corporations contribute to local development by addressing issues such as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and economic empowerment. The study highlights the importance of collaborative partnerships between businesses, governments, and civil society in achieving lasting results. Additionally, it explores the role of CSR in enhancing corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement, while identifying challenges such as insufficient stakeholder participation and short-termism in CSR planning. The findings emphasize that well-structured, long-term CSR programs can act as catalysts for meaningful social and environmental progress, benefiting both communities and corporations. This research provides insights into how CSR can be strategically aligned with business objectives to drive sustainable development and improve corporate accountability
