Abstract

This research examines consumer engagement in the AI-supported digital marketing environment using a longitudinal experimental design with real-time data analysis. The study analyses the effectiveness of the personalized AI content through A/B testing with Google Analytics and Google Optimize, as well as on engagement rate, conversion rate and the time spent on the site. The findings indicate that AI personalization can substantially improve engagement, as it can increase the engagement rate by 25%, the conversion rate by 18%, and the amount of time spent on the site by 30% compared to traditional marketing strategies. The study reveals the need for an ongoing and data-driven approach to AI marketing strategy over a six-month period. The results highlight the benefits of AI in strengthening the relationship with consumers and enhance marketing results. Moving forward, ethical implications need to be discussed, and the impact of AI on consumer trust and loyalty in digital marketing should be explored
