By systematically examining the regulatory ecosystems of India alongside leading Fintech markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and China, the study offers an in-depth exploration of regulatory strategies, challenges, and opportunities. The research delves into the complex interplay between regulatory mechanisms, technological advancement, and market development, providing critical insights into how different jurisdictions balance innovation with risk mitigation, this study aims to provide valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders.
